About Fort Mill United FC
Fort Mill United (FMU) is a U.S Club Soccer, 501(c)3 non profit organization which offers a competitive and challenging soccer program where players grow in their technical skills and improve their tactical awareness on the field. We want to foster the creative side of all players while uniting their individual talents to form a cohesive team. We offer competitive levels for the teams for each age group which offers all the challenges compared to some of the highest leagues in the surrounding states. 

Fort Mill United was created to offer talented players an opportunity to play at the club level. We strive to aid players in developing their skills which will allow them to make an impact on the field. The goals and expectations of both players and coaches will be nothing less than exceptional effort and a positive attitude to foster a true love and respect of the game.

Our Approach
Fort Mill United practices at the Comporium Athletic Park (CAP)-field 1 and at Fort Mill Middle School field, Monday thru Thursday during the season.  Practices start at 6:00 pm  for younger teams (U12 and under) and then again at 7:30 for the older teams (U13 and above). There are two practices per week and then league  game(s) are played on most Saturdays in Matthews, NC at the Matthews SportsPlex. We participate in the Carolina Champions League. Each team also participates in at least two tournaments throughout both fall and spring season.  We strive to make all activities performed locally so there is minimal travel outside the Charlotte/Fort Mill area. We also encourage parent driven decisions when the opportunity may arise to play in additional tournaments outside our local market.
